摘 要:智能充放储一体化电站作为区域性有源电站,可以根据电网当前的运行状态,制定合理的充放电策略,对电网提供辅助支持服务。根据电网常见的正常、警戒、紧急、崩溃和恢复5种运行状态,一体化电站运行于相应的正常、系统保护和孤岛3种状态。提出的一体化电站各种标准运行规程可以细化并进入各种控制流程,通过研究电网运行状态集合与一体化电站运行状态集合在合理的运行域产生的各种交集,可实现对电网的频率调节、无功补偿和谐波治理等增值服务。该一体化电站运行状态集合,充分考虑了电网的当前运行状态和各运行指标,对改善电网电能质量有着积极的作用。As a regional active power station,electric vehicle intelligent charging-discharging-storage integrated station can provide auxiliary services for the grid by developing reasonable charging / discharging strategy considering the operating status of the grid. Generally, the grid operates in normal, alert, emergency, collapse, or restorative state, and correspondingly the intelligent integrated station may operate in normal,protective,or isolated state. The proposed standard operating procedures can be applied in different operating conditions. By considering the operating states of both the grid and the intelligent integrated station,we can combine the two systems together and make full use of the integrated station. In this way,the integrated station can provide services such as frequency regulation,reactive power compensation,and harmonic suppression for the grid. As a whole,the state assemblage of the integrated station is helpful to improve the power quality of the grid by considering the operation status of the grid.
