益气升白汤治疗乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气升白汤治疗乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少症的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月~2013年8月本院收治的乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少症的患者60例,将其随机分为观察组、对照组,各30例。观察组给予益气升白汤,对照组给予利血生。比较两组患者的升白细胞疗效、体力状况ECOG评分及治疗后的白细胞计数。结果观察组升白细胞总有效率为86.67%,明显高于对照组的70.00%（P〈0.05）。观察组的体力状况ECOG评分总有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后3 d的白细胞计数差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后7、11、21 d,观察组白细胞计数明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论益气升白汤治疗乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少症的临床效果显著,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Shengbai Decoction in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy of breast cancer from May 2012 to August 2013 treated in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,and there were 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given Yiqi Shengbai decoction,and the control group was given leucogen.The curative effect of increasing leukocyte,ECOG score of physical status and white cell count after treatment of patients between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of increasing leukocyte in observation group was 86.67%,and it was significantly higher than that of control group （70.00%） （P〈0.05）.Total effective rate of ECOG score of physical status was 83.33%,and it was significantly higher than that of control group （73.33%） （P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference of white blood cell count in two groups after 3 d treatment （P〉 0.05）.White blood cell count after 7,11,21 d treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Shengbai decoction in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy of breast cancer has remarkable clinical curative effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
