摘  要:治未病是指采取预防或治疗手段防止疾病发生、发展。根据每个人的健康状况不同,采取相应的个体化预防方案进行治未病,是古今中外医学界不断追求的梦想。如今,在中关村这一梦想正在变为现实。Objective: To study the differences of serotonin transporter ( SERT ) mRNA expression levels in peripheral leukocytes between acute phase of schizophrenia patients and healthy control. To study the gender differences in the SERT mRNA expression levels between two goUps. Method: 44 patients with acute phase of schizophrenia were selected in our hospital from May 2013 to November 2013, and then 42 healthy cases with the same age and gender were selected as the control group. The diagnosis of schizophrenia was established according to the DSM-IV-TR criteria. The severity of schizophrenia was assessed by the positive and negative syndromes scales ( PANSS ) .All subjects were interviewed using self-designed questionnaire on general information and tested by quantitative real-time PCR method in SERT mRNA levels.Result: SERT mRNA levels in leukecytes in acute phase of schizophrenia patients were significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Compared the SERT mRNA levels of two groups'gender, the difference was no statistically significant ( P〉0.05 ) . Conclusion: The over expression of SERT mRNA levels may be one of the biomarkers of schizophrenia in acute phase.
