益气活血汤联合化疗灌注治疗中晚期膀胱癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨益气活血汤联合化疗灌注治疗中晚期膀胱癌的临床疗效。方法选择2011年10月至2013年10月泸州医学院附属中医医院收治的中晚期膀胱癌患者77例，将其分为对照组37例与观察组40例，对照组采用双侧髂内动脉化疗灌注治疗，观察组在此基础上联合益气活血汤进行治疗。比较两组治疗后生存质量评分、治疗前后可溶性白细胞介素-2受体（SIL-2R）、治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化。结果（1）根据Karnofsky评分方法，观察组治疗后生存质量各维度（身心健康、心理健康、社会关系及环境因素）评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；（2）观察组治疗后血清中SIL-2R水平均显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后，对照组治疗前后SIL-2R水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；（3）观察组治疗后NK细胞活性水平、CD4^＋及CD4^＋/CD8^＋水平均显著高于治疗前（P〈0.05），治疗后CD8^＋水平显著低于治疗前（P〈0.05），而对照组治疗前后上述指标水平差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论益气活血汤联合化疗灌注治疗中晚期膀胱癌的临床疗效显著，患者生存质量及免疫功能均得到显著改善，应在临床上进行推广、应用。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqihuixue Tang combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer. Methods From October 2011 to October 2013,77 cases of advanced bladder cancer were included and randomly divided into control group and observation group in the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Luzhou Medical College. Patients in the control group were treated with chemotherapy and patients in the observation were treated with chemotherapy plus Yiqihuixue Tang. After treatment, the quality of life, SIL-2R, and T lymph cell subgroup were compared between the two groups. Results Acording to Karnofsky score, the quality score was significant improved after treatment for the two group（P〈0.05）;The serum level of SIL-2Rwas significant decreased in the observation group after treatment compared with controlgroup（P〈0.05）;The NK, CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were significant increased after treatment in the observation group after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqihuixue Tang combined with chemotherapy can improve the clinical efficacy, quality of life in the treatment of advanced bladder cancer.
