金花消痤丸联合红蓝光治疗痤疮的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：对金花消痤丸联合红蓝光治疗痤疮的临床效果展开对比分析。方法：将60例痤疮患者分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组患者治疗后皮损数目显著低于对照组患者，且同治疗前相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者临床治疗总有效率和复发率分别为96．67％、3．33％和73．33％、26．67％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；但两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：在治疗痤疮临床上金花消痤丸联合红蓝光治疗方法效果较为理想。Objective ： to make comparative analysis on the clinical effect of jinhuaxiaocuo pill combined with red and blue light in the treatment of acne. Methods ： 60 cases of acne pa- tients were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each, two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results ： in treatment group patients after the number of lesions was significantly lower than that of control group patients and compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the clinical treatment of patients in the two groups total efficiency rate and the recurrence rate of 96.67%, 3.33% and 73.33% and 26.67% respectively, the difference is statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）, but the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients occurred there was no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： in the treatment of acne clinical jinhuaxiaocuo pill combined with red and blue light treatment effect is ideal.
