关于病案复印工作的几点思考

摘　　要：自国务院2002年宣布实施了新的《医疗事故处理条例》和《医疗机构病历管理规定》，明确了患者及家属复印病案的权利，病案复印逐年增加。病案信息由为医院内部服务逐渐延伸到了社会广泛服务。医务人员和病案资料所承担的社会责任越来越多，复印病历资料作为病案管理工作中的一项重要工作也越来越受到关注。探索、思考和解决这项工作中的问题，对促进改善和构建和谐的医患关系具有重要的意义。Since 2002 of the state council announced the implementation of the new ＂byelaw of medical accident treatment＂ and ＂regulations on the medical record management of medi- cal institutions＂, clear the rights of the patient and family to copy of medical record, medical record copy increases year by year. For hospital medical record information by intemal service gradually extends to social services. Medical staff and medical record information of social responsibility is becoming more and more copying medical records as an important work in the medical record management is becoming more and more attention. Exploring, thinking and solve problems in the work, to promote the improvement and construction of a harmonious doctor - patient relationship is of great importance.
