摘  要:文章基于多体系统理论建立了数控滚齿机几何误差模型,并对其进行解耦得到了各轴独立的误差补偿量;通过激光干涉仪的12线法辨识出了数控滚齿机移动轴的几何误差元素,针对滚齿机的特殊结构提出一种新的基于球杆仪的旋转轴几何误差元素辨识方法,并结合自主开发的滚齿数控系统提出了几何误差补偿策略。The geometric error model of computer numerical control gear hobbing machine was estab- lished based on the theory of multi-body system. And the error compensation of separate axes was ac- quired by decoupling the error model. Then the geometric error elements of moving axes of computer numerical control gear hobbing machine were identified by measuring twelve lines of the work space of the machine using the laser interferometer. For the specific structure of computer numerical control gear hobbing machine, a new method to identify the error elements of rotation axes based on a ball bar was presented. Finally, the compensation strategy of the geometric error was proposed specific to the computer numerical control system of gear hobbing machine which had been developed by the mem- bers of this project.
