摘 要:多楔带附件驱动(Serpentine Belt Accessory Drive,SBAD)系统设计时,张紧器有效系数越大则张紧器维持带中张力稳定的能力越强。文中首先建立了张紧器有效系数表达式,并对其性能进行了分析;研究了张紧器布置对SBAD系统动力性能的影响;以张紧器有效系统最大、带段最大横向振动幅值最小为目标对张紧器布置进行了优化设计。研究表明:张紧器的安装位置越靠近从动轮,越远离SBAD系统中心,对控制带段的横向振动越有利,但张紧器维持带张力稳定的能力变差;张紧器存在一特殊安装角,此时带段横向振动幅值最小,张紧器有效系数也最小;提出的张紧器布置的优化设计方法为实际工作中合理布置张紧器提供了参考。The tensioner effectiveness has been used to measure the stability of tractive tension in Serpentine Belt Accessory Drive(SBAD) system design. This paper derivers the expresssion of tensioner effectiveness,discusses the effect analysis of tensioner alignment on dynamic characteristics of SBAD system. Furthermore,in order to determine the installation position and angle of tensioner,an optimization with reducing the transverse deflections of belt span and increasing the tensioner effectiveness as objects is conducted. The result shows that as the position of tensioner closer to driven pulley and father from the SBAD system,the transverse deflection is better to control. Besides,there is a special installation angle of tensioner where the belt span deflection and the tensioner effectiveness are at minimums. The optimization method presented in this paper is simply and practical for tensioner assignment design.
