摘  要:为了研究羧甲基壳聚糖硒对肉兔全血硒含量以及血清抗氧化功能的影响,试验选取平均体重为2 kg左右的肉兔36只,随机分成3组,每组12只(雌雄各半),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加羧甲基壳聚糖硒和亚硒酸钠(其含量以硒计均为0.30 mg/kg)的日粮,Ⅲ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮(其含量以硒计为0.10 mg/kg),试验期为30 d。饲喂10天、20天、30天时空腹采血,30 d后观察羧甲基壳聚糖硒对肉兔全血硒含量和血清抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:在饲料中添加硒含量相同的羧甲基壳聚糖硒和亚硒酸钠时,与亚硒酸钠组相比,羧甲基壳聚糖硒可以提高肉兔全血硒含量及其血清的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),降低丙二醛(MDA)活性。20天时,Ⅰ组血清GSH-Px和T-AOC均显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);30天时,Ⅰ组全血硒含量和T-AOC与Ⅲ组相比差异均显著(P<0.05),Ⅰ组CAT活性与Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。说明在肉兔饲料中添加羧甲基壳聚糖硒能提高肉兔全血硒含量和血清抗氧化能力。To study the effect of carboxymethyl- chitosan selenium on whole blood selenium content and serum antioxidative function of meat rabbit,thirty- six meat rabbits with average body of 2 kg or so,were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 12 meat rabbits with half male and half female each. The rabbits in group Ⅰ and groupⅡ were fed the basal diet added with carboxymethyl- chitosan selenium and sodium selenite which calculated based on selenium were 0. 30 mg / kg,and the group Ⅲ as the control was fed the basal diet which calculated based on selenium was 0. 10 mg / kg,respectively. The experiment lasted for 30 days. The meat rabbits with empty stomach were used to take blood samples at 10,20 and 30 d,and then the effect of carboxymethyl- chitosan selenium on the whole blood selenium content and serum antioxidative function of meat rabbit was observed after 30 d. The results showed that carboxymethyl- chitosan selenium could increase whole blood selenium content and the activity of glutathione peroxidase( GSH- Px),catalase( CAT) and total antioxidant capacity( T- AOC) in serum and decrease the activity of malondialdehyde( MDA) in serum compared with sodium selenite group,when adding carboxymethyl- chitosan selenium and sodium selenite with same selenium content in the basal diet. The activity of serum GSH- Px and T- AOC in the group Ⅰ was extremely higher( P ﹤ 0. 05) than that in the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ at 20 d; the whole blood selenium content and the activity of serum T- AOC in the group Ⅰ were significantly different( P ﹤ 0. 05) compared with the group Ⅲ,and the activity of serum CAT in the group Ⅰ was significantly different( P ﹤ 0. 05) compared with the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ at 30 d. The results indicate that the addition of carboxymethyl chitosan selenium in the basal diet of meat rabbit can increase whole blood selenium content and the serum antioxidant capacity of meat rabbit.
