法医学专业辅导员提升学生体能测试工作的路径研究

摘　　要：法医学专业学生的就业方向为考取全国各地(市)的公安、检察机关以及司法鉴定机构等部门,需要进行体能测试。近年来部分法医学学生在参加公务员考试过程中遇到体能测试不达标进而影响就业的情况,这需要法医学专业辅导员予以思考,发掘多种途径帮助学生提高体能测试能力,从而顺利实现就业。文章采用文献资料法和法医学学生的走访、交流,总结和提出法医学专业辅导员提升学生体能测试工作的路径。The employment directions of forensic science students are to be admitted to national or municipal departments such as public security, the public prosecutor＇s office and judicial authentication institutions, but they need to pass the fitness test.Part of forensic science students failed to pass the fitness test in the process of civil service exam in recent years, affecting their employment. Therefore, forensic science counselors should ponder the situation and develop multiple ways to help students enhance the ability of passing the fitness test, so as to realize successful employment. With the methods of literature and interview and communication with forensic science students, this paper summarized and put forward the ways for forensic science counselors to improve students＇ fitness test.
