摘 要:目的评价单项主题生活技能训练模式对社区精神分裂症患者社会功能改善的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将94例社区精神分裂症患者分为干预组及对照组,2组患者均给予常规康复训练,干预组在此基础上辅以围绕单项主题开展技能训练。分别于治疗前、治疗5周后采用社会功能缺陷筛选表(SDSS)、日常生活活动功能量表(ADL)对2组患者进行训练疗效评定。结果训练后干预组患者SDSS、ADL量表总分与对照组进行对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单项主题生活技能训练模式能明显改善社区精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷及日常生活活动能力,对提高患者有效人际交往能力有重要作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of single subject social skill training model on improving social function among patients with schizophrenia in community.Methods According to random number table, 94 patients with schizophrenia in community were divided into intervention group and control group. Patients in both groups received routine rehabilitation training, while patients in intervention group also received skill training focusing on single subject. Patients in two groups were evaluated in respect of training efficacy with Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) and Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) before and after 5 weeks of training treatment.Results The total scores of SDSS and ADL in intervention group and control group had statistically significant differences (P〈0.05).Conclusion Single subject social skill training model can improve social function and activity of daily living of patients in community significantly and play an important role in promoting patients' effective interpersonal competence.
