预置双J管在宫颈癌根治术中对输尿管损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的研究预置双J管在预防宫颈癌根治术中输尿管损伤的意义。方法回顾性分析本院2014年1月至6月行宫颈癌根治术的157例患者的临床资料,80例术前预置双J管,77例术前未置双J管,应用SPSS 19.0软件,使用两独立样本t检验及Fisher确切概率法分析研究数据。结果 80例术前预置双J管患者无一例发生输尿管损伤,77例术前未置双J管患者中5例发生输尿管损伤,术后置入双J管后好转出院,两组比较差异具有显著性。结论术前预置双J管,能有效预防输尿管损伤。Objective To study the significance of preventing ureteral damage during cervical cancer radical hysterectomy by the preset double J tube. Method 157 cases of cervical cancer patients with radical hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, 80 cases of preoperative preset double J tube, 77 cases without double J tube, SPSS 19.0 software, two independent samples t test and Fisher＇s exact probability method were used to analyze the data. Result 80 cases of preoperative preset double J tube in patients with no case of ureteral injury, 77 cases without indwelling double J tube 5 cases ureteral injury, after operation, they were cured after indwelling double J tube. ConclusionPreoperative preset double J tube can effectively prevent ureteral injury.
