摘 要:目前国内的湿法预脱硫处理控制水平不高,难以保证脱硫操作的稳定性,硫含量波动大,脱硫粉剂消耗大,脱硫成本高,经济效益不理想。为此,提出一种湿法烟气脱硫智能监控系统及方法,通过对含硫气体中产生的含硫成分进行脱硫监控控制分析,经由含硫烟气环境下湿法脱硫智能监控模块将烟气进行含硫因子检测识别后完成准确脱硫智能监控的过程。仿真实验表明,一种湿法烟气脱硫智能监控系统及方法能够有效地提高脱硫操作的稳定性及准确性并且在长时间监控过程中脱硫速度快、效率高,可靠性强。有效地为烟气脱硫技术的发展提供更好的保障。Along with the continuous development of wet desulfurization technology in China, desulfurization process is a very complex multivariate nonlinear reflection process, wet desulfurization equipment in the use of the desulfurization operation stability and powder consumption problem more and more. At present domestic wet desulfurization process control level is not high, difficult to guarantee the stability of the desulfurization operation sulfur in big, desulphurizing powder is used up big, desulfurization cost is high, the economic benefit is not ideal. For this, put forward a kind of intelligent monitoring system for wet flue gas desulfurization and method, through to the sulfur gases generated in sulfur composition analysis of desulfurization monitoring control, through the sulfur under the environment of wet flue gas desulfurization intelligent monitoring module will be completed after the flue gas is used to identify the factors of sulfur detection accurate desulfurization process of intelligent monitoring. Simulation experiments show that a kind of intelligent monitoring system for wet flue gas desulfurization and method can effectively improve the stability and accuracy of the desulfurization operation and in the long time monitoring in the process of desulfurization speed, high efficiency, high reliability. Effective for the development of flue gas desulfurization technology to provide better protection.
