摘  要:依据2012年2月至2012年11月三门核电站周边海域4个季节的调查数据,分析了该区域浮游植物的种类组成、丰度、优势种类与生物多样性等特征参数的季节变化.经显微观察,共鉴定出浮游植物4门49属109种,季节变化为夏季(73种)〉春季(65种)〉冬季(44种)〉秋季(39种);调查水域各站点浮游植物细胞丰度在2.44×104~2.70×107 个/m^3,平均细胞丰度为1.09×106 个/m^3,季节变化为夏季(3.72×106个/m^3)〉春季(2.97×105个/m^3)〉冬季(1.77×105个/m^3)〉秋季(1.43×105个/m^3);优势种17种,主要有中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)、中国盒形藻(Biddulphia sinensis)、虹彩圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus oc-ulus-iridis)等;多样性分析显示,除夏季外,其他三个季节Shannon-Wiener指数(H’)均大于2,且冬季最高;细胞密度与水温、盐度的相关性并不显著而与pH值呈现正相关关系.In order to elucidate the variation of species composition and diversity of phytoplankton in the sea area near Sanmen Nuclear Power Station, we conducted investigation in four seasons from February2012 to November. After microscopic observation and identification, 109 species 49 genera 4 phylum were identified in the sea near Sanmen Nuclear Power Station. The seasonal species change was summer(73)> spring(65)>winter(44)>autumn(39). The cell abundance of phytoplankton in the sea near Sanmen Nuclear Power Station was 2.44×104~2.70×107cells/m3,and the average cell abundance was 1.09×106cells/m3. The mean cell abundance in summer was 3.72×106cells/m3>2.97 in spring>1.77 in winter>1.43 × 105cells/m3 in autumn. There were 17 dominant species, such as Skeletonema costatum,Biddulphia sinensis and Coscinodiscus oculus-iridis. Shannon-Wiener index(H') was more than 2.0 in all season except summer, and it peaked in winter. The cell density presented notable positive correlation with p H, but is no significant correlation with water temperature and salinity.
