摘 要:目的:研究适合手术室新护士的培训方法。方法:从2011年7月——2013年7月入职的新护士共22人分别采用不同的方法进行培训,2011年入职的新护士采用导师1对1带教的方式,入科后常规交给导师进入临床被带上手术,边工作边学习。后二年的新护士采用的是集中浸透式带教与导师带教相结合的方式。结果:不同的方法带教后,分别进行理论和操作考核,将考核结果进行对比,第二种新护士的带教方法优于第一种方法。结论:集中浸透式与专业导师相结合的培训方法有利于操作的规范性,并有利于新护士对操作方法的掌握和理解。Objective: To study a new method for the training of nurses in operation room. Methods: fxom 2011 July -- 2013 7 new nurses salaries duties of 23 different methods are used to training of new nurses, joined in 2011 1 to 1 by the tutor teaching way, into the branch after conventional submitted to clinical was put on the operation, while working to learn. After two years of the new nurses are focused immersion teaching teaching combination and tutor. Results: different methods of teaching, respectively, theoretical and practical examination, examination results were compared, teaching method is better than the first second methods for new nurses. Conclusion: training methods focused immersion and professional instructors to combine the normative operation, and in favor of the new nurses to master and understand the operation method.
