摘  要:在文献研究的基础上,以徐州地区大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查4所院校1400名大学生,研究自我管理对通用能力和专业能力的影响路径,以及性别、专业类别等共12个背景因素对自我管理、通用能力和专业能力的影响。运用SPSS和AMOS软件统计分析调研数据,结果发现大学生自我管理对通用能力和专业能力均有正向影响,其中对通用能力(0.87)的直接效果要大于对专业能力(0.61)的直接效果。研究还发现,大学生个体12个背景因素中的专业类别、专业兴趣、在校任职、获奖等级、父母教养方式、母亲文化程度等6个背景要素上的自我管理、通用能力、专业能力均有显著差异。具体的结论大部分和已有的研究结果相一致,少部分不一致的结果反映了不同院校大学生群体的差异。Based on literature study,taking 1400 college students from 4universities and colleges in Xuzhou area as the questionnaire survey respondents,this paper investigates the path of effect of the college students' self-management on general ability and professional competence,and studies the influence of 12 background factors such as gender and the kinds of professions on self-management,general ability and professional competence.The findings of the statistical analysis by the software of SPSS and AMOS show that self-management of the college students has a positive effect on general ability and professional competence.The direct effect on the general ability(0.87)is greater than that on the professional competence(0.61).The research also shows that the effect of the 6background factors(the professional category,the professional interest,taking office as students,grades of the prizes,parenting styles,mothers' education)out of the 12 ones on self-management,general ability and professional competence varies with different college students as individuals.Most conclusions of this research coincide with the existing findings.Some inconsistent conclusions reflect differences in student groups from different colleges.
