摘 要:以提高双结构光圆钢在线测量系统的精度为目的,分析了测量系统中双光面位置变化给测量结果带来的误差,由于机械调整精度低,提出利用交比不变原理对光面位置进行调整,解决了机械调整精度低的问题,减少了由两光面之间存在夹角而产生的测量误差。搭建了包含光面调整与传感器标定的实验平台。该系统重复测量精度在0.1 mm以内,测量相对误差小于0.10%。交比不变光面调整方法与机械光面调整方法相比,测量结果精度提高了0.082 mm,证明了实验方法的可行性。Abstrct:To improve the measuring accuracy of the structured lights system, the errors caused by two light planes are analyzed in this paper. Moreover, as the mechanical adjustment produces a low precision, a new approach to adjust the position of the planes is proposed. The approach is based on cross ratio invariability and to a great extent reduces the errors mentioned above. Therefore, experiment platforms including sensor calibration and light plane adjustment are established.It turns out that the repeatable accuracy is within 0.1 mm and the relative accuracy is less than 0.1%. Compared with the mechanical adjustment method, the measuring accuracy is improved by 0.082 mm when the new method is applied in the system, which proves the feasibility of the new method for light plane adjustment.
