摘  要:本文采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取雪梨籽油,考察了压力、温度、时间和CO2流量对油脂得率的影响,并对提取物进行GC-MS分析。结果表明:最佳提取条件为压力35 MPa、温度35℃、时间130 min、CO2流量15 kg/h,其油脂得率为23.9%。油脂中主要含有7种脂肪酸成分。超临界CO2提取方法得率高、时间短,是一种合适的提取雪梨籽油的方法。This paper studied on the effect of the extract conditions which was including pressure, temperature, time and flow rate of CO2 on the yield of snow pear seed oil with supercritical CO2 extraction process. The results showed that the yield of oil from snow pear was 23.9%at the optimal extraction conditions were pressure 35 MPa, temperature 35℃, time 130 min and the flow rate 15 kg/h. There are 7 kinds of fatty acids in the oil with the analysis of GC-MS. Therefore supercritical CO2 extraction is suitable for the extraction of oil from snow pear seeds with the advantages of the short time and high yield.
