摘 要:目的:分析多元化带教模式在临床护理中的应用效果及体会。方法:选取在我院实习的60名护生作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组呆用常规带教模式,研究组采用多元化带教模式,比较两组护生的专业理论、护理文书、护理操作以及综合成绩等评分情况。结果:采用多元化带教模式的研究组护生专业理论知识、护理操作能力、护理文书写作能力以及综合成绩均明显高于对照组护生,差异显著(P〉O.05)。结论:采用多元化带教模式能够有效提高教学的效率,有助于培养护生的临床护理能力。objective: to analyze diversified teaching pattern in the application of clinical nursing effect and experience. Methods: select in our practice of 60 escort as the research ob- ject, wel'e randomly divided into research group and the control group, control group using conventional teaching mode, the team USES the diverse teaching mode, to compare two groups of nur- ses professional theory, nursing documents, operation and comprehensive performance score. Results : adopt diversified teaching mode's team nursing students professional theoretical knowledge and nursing skills, nursing documents writing ability and the comprehensive nursing students scores were significantly higher than control group, significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : adopt diversified teaching model can effectively improve the efficiency of teaching, help to train the ability of nursing students in clinical nursing.
