摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定维生素B6片含量的不确定度分析方法。方法：建立计算HPLC法测定维生素B6片含量的数学模型，找出影响不确定度的因素，并对各个不确定度分量避行评估。结果：置信概率为95％时，维生素B6片含量的扩展不确定度为5．08％。结论：建立的不确定度评估方法可用于HPLC法测定片剂含量的不确定度分析。Objective： To establish a method for uncertainty analysis in content determination of Vitamin B6 tablets by HPLC. Methods： The calculation formula of uncertainty duced in the procedure of determining the content in the tablets. The factors influencing the uncertainty were determined and each component of the uncertainty was assessed. Results ： panded uncertainty for determination of content of Vitamin B6 tablets was 5.08 % （p = 95% ）. Conclusion： The established method for uncertainty assessment is suitable for uncertainty of the content of the tablets by HPLC.
