摘 要:在介绍西方发达国家为培养高层次创新人才采用开放教育、分流教育、混合教育模式,以及这些模式在教师培养、激励工具运用和教育制度设计等方面的特点的基础上,提出我国应借鉴这些国家在此领域的经验,通过法律和制度建设、为具有特殊才能的儿童构建特别教育通道、培养一流教师、实施多元化高考升学评价制度、创建精英大学、加强对研究生创新实践能力的培养、建立高等教育淘汰补偿机制、创立有效的创新激励机制、构建现代职业教育体系和加强高层次创新人才培养及成长研究等措施,促进我国的高层次创新人才培养.This paper introduces some models of training high-level innovative talents in western developed countries,such as open education,streaming education,and a mixed model of education.It also summarizes some of the features of these models in teacher development,incentive measures and establishment of educational system.On such a basis,it puts forward some experience we may gain from the western countries in talent cultivation.We may promote China's high-level innovative talents cultivation through the construction of laws and regulations,the establishment of special channel for special talents,the training program of first-class teachers,the implementation of the diversification of the college entrance examination evaluation system,the foundation of elite universities,the cultivation of innovation and practice ability of students,the establishment of compensation mechanism and elimination of higher education,the creation of effective innovation incentive system,the construction of modern vocational education system and high-level innovative talents cultivation and growth research.
