晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗临床疗效及安全性研究分析

摘　　要：目的本文就长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案化疗并与放疗联合治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效以安全性进行观察。方法选择我院自2012年2月~2015年3月期间收治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者60例,并将其按照入院时间平均分为对照组和实验组,每组患者各30例,实验组患者接受NP方案化疗联合三维适形放疗,对照组患者接受单纯放疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果实验组患者同步放化疗后的临床效果好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗过程中选择长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案化疗联合并与放疗联合,不仅提高了治疗效果,同时延长了患者的生存时间。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of non small cell lung cancer combined with cisplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in Changchun. Methods In our hospital from February 2012 to 2015 during March were advanced non small cell lung cancer 60 patients and the according to the time of admission were divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in each group of 30 cases, the patients in the experimental group received NP chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy, patients in the control group received radiotherapy alone, compared with two groups of patients after clinical effect. Results The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In advanced non small cell lung cancer treatment choice chemotherapy of vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in joint and combined with radiotherapy, not only improve the therapeutic effect, but also prolonged the survival time of the patients.
