MMP-2及其抑制剂TIMP-2与食管癌的分化及侵袭的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)及其抑制剂金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子2(TIMP-2)与食管癌的分化及侵袭的关系。方法随机抽取2010年1月至2014年1月溧阳市人民医院收治的食管癌患者52例,观察所有病理切片检验结果,比较MMP-2及其抑制剂TIMP-2在不同组织部位的表达。结果 MMP-2在食管癌病灶组织中表达明显阳性的有30例,弱阳性的有18例,与食管正常组织相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TIMP-2在食管癌病灶组织中表达明显阳性的有31例,弱阳性的有17例,与食管正常组织相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理切片结果显示,有35例(67.3%)受检者食管部位的组织细胞MMP-2检验结果为阴性(-),另有17例(32.7%)检验结果为弱阳性(+)表达,与TIMP-2的表达结果具有一致性。结论 MMP-2及其抑制剂TIMP-2在体内的平衡状态与食管癌的分化及侵袭具有密切的关系,可以作为评估病情的重要指标。Objective To investigate the relationship of matrix metalloproteinase 2 （ MMP-2） and their inhibitors,tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinases 2 （ TIMP-2 ） with differentiation and invasion of esophageal carcinoma.Methods A total of 52 patients with esophageal carcinoma admitted to Liyang City People′s Hospital from Jan.2010 to Jan.2014 were included,all pathological sections of the test results were observed,the result of MMP-2 expression and its inhibitor TIMP-2 in different tissues were compared.Results MMP-2 in esophageal cancer lesion tissue expression was significantly positive in 30 cases,weakly positive in 18 cases,compared with the normal esophageal tissue,there was significant difference（P 〈0.05）;there were 31 cases of TIMP-2 significantly positive expression in esophageal cancer lesion tissue ,and 17 cases of weakly positive,compared with the esophagus normal tissue,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.The pathological results showed：there were 35 cases（67.3%） with the results of MMP-2 negative（ -） in the esophageal cells of the tested,and 17 cases（32.7%） of weakly positive（ ＋）,consistent with TIMP-2 expression.Conclusion The balance of MMP-2 and its inhibitor TIMP-2 has a close relationship with differ-entiation and invasion of esophageal carcinoma in vivo,which can be used as an important index to assess the condition of disease.
