河南省肿瘤医院血常规危急值统计分析

摘　　要：目的:了解河南省肿瘤医院危急值项目设置,报告范围及各临床科室危急值的发生率和报告流程。方法:依据瑞美Lis实验室信息管理系统,对2014年5月份全院血常规危急值进行归类统计。结果:共报告危急值3780例。危急值发生率12.9%,危急值报告最多的项目依次是白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白。危急值发生率最多的科室分别是血液科、内科、乳腺科、中西医科、放疗科。结论:血液科危急值发生率明显高于其他科室,肿瘤医院危急值的设立应根据自身特点,设置合适的危急值报告范围及报告流程,才能更好的帮助临床医生提高救治患者的工作效率,同时也减轻其它医护人员的工作强度。Objective： To investigate the object setting and reporting range of blood critical value,as well as the reporting process and incidence in all clinical departments. Methods： To classify and statistic analgsis the census in the whole hospital in May,2014 through the inspection network management system. Results： Total of 3780 cases were reported with the incidence of 12. 9%. The three most common items were white blood cells,platelets and hemoglobin.The departments order： Department of Hematology,Department of Internal Medicine,Department of Breast,Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine and Department of Radiotherapy. Conclusion： The incidence of critical value in the department of hematology is significantly higher. The tumor hospitals should establish proper reporting processes and ranges of blood critical value based on their own features,in order to improve the clinical efficiency and reduce the working intensity of the medical staff.
