摘　　要：肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)是人类最常见的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤之一,其最常见的病理类型为肾透明细胞癌(clear cell renal cell carcinoma,ccRCC)。近年来,国内外诸多研究报道多种蛋白的表达与ccRCC的预后密切相关。本文就这些蛋白标志物在判断ccRCC患者预后方面的重要作用做一综述。Clear cell renal cell carcinoma（ ccRCC） occupies the largest percentage of renal cell carcinoma（ RCC）which is one of the most common urologic malignant tumors. Many domestic and foreign studies have reported that multiple protein expressions present closed association with the prognosis of ccRCC in recent years. This study reviewed the important role of these molecular markers in predicting outcome of ccRCC patients.
