摘　　要：目的:研究Vimentin在结肠癌中的表达及潜在的临床意义。方法:免疫组织化学染色的方法检测Vimentin在150例结肠癌及其相应癌旁组织中的表达,分析Vimentin的表达水平与年龄、性别、组织学类型、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移等临床参数间的相关性。结果:Vimentin在结肠癌中的表达阳性率为58.0%,远高于相应癌旁组织的18.7%(P<0.000),Vimentin表达水平在发生淋巴结转移、远处转移的结肠癌中表达明显高于未发生淋巴结转移、远处转移的结肠癌,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:Vimentin在结肠癌中呈高表达,其表达水平与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、远处转移密切相关,提示Vimentin在结肠癌的转移过程中可能发挥重要作用。Objective： To study the expression of Vimentin in colon cancer and analyze its relationship between Vimentin expression and clinicopathologic features. Methods： IHC was performed to detect the expression of Vimentin in 150 cases of colon cancer and the corresponding adjacent non-tumor tissues. The correlation between Vimentin expression and clinicopathologic features（ age,gender,TNM stage,ete.） were analyzed. Results： Vimentin was detected in 18. 7% of the adjacent non-tumor tissues. However,a high positive staining was detected in 58. 0% of the colon cancer tissues. Further analysis showed a higher expression level of Vimentin was detected in colon cancer with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis than that without lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis,but there was no difference between Vimentin expression and gender,age,or histologic grade. Conclusion： Vimentin is overexpressed in colon cancer. The expression level of Vimentin was correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. These findings indicated Vimentin may play an important role in the colon cancer metastasis.
