早期乳腺癌的X线摄影与超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺X线摄影、超声、以及乳腺X线摄影和超声联合应用在早期乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:收集64例经术后病理确诊,TNM分期属0期、I期的早期乳腺癌患者病历资料,回顾性分析X线和超声单独及联合应用对于早期乳腺癌诊断的价值。结果:X线摄影及超声单项检查早期乳腺癌的符合率无明显差异(P>0.05),而联合应用X线乳腺摄影及超声检查对早期乳腺癌的符合率为92.2%,优于单项检查的符合率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺X线摄影及超声联合检查可以提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率。Objective： To study the value of mammography,ultrasonography and the combination of the two methods in the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods： Sixty four cases of TNM staging 0,I with early breast cancer were examined by postoperative pathological diagnosis. The value of mammography and ultrasonography alone and jointly in the diagnosis of early breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The diagnosis coincidence rate of mammography and ultrasonography alone in the early breast cancer had no significant statistical difference（ P〉0. 05）,While the diagnosis coincidence rate of the joint inspection was 92. 2%,which was significantly superior to mammography or ultrasonography alone（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combined inspection of mammography and ultrasonography can improve the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer.
