重症胸腺瘤患者的围手术期护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析重症胸腺瘤患者的围手术期护理要点. 方法：选取于2012年2月~2013年4月来进行治疗的重症胸腺炎患者80例为研究对象,按数字分组法将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者进行围术期护理,对照组患者给予一般常规护理,比较患者的护理效果. 结果：观察组护理的总有效率为92.50%,对照组总有效率为72.50%,2组对比差异为显著性,（ x2 =10.0312,P〈0.05）. 结论：对重症胸腺瘤患者进行术前护理、呼吸道护理,可有效减少患者的不适症状,提高其生活质量,值得大力推广.Objective：To study the critical analysis of thymoma patients perioperative nursing points.Methods：Selecting in February 2012 to April 2013 for treatment of 80 patients with severe thymus gland inflammation as the research object, according to its digital group-ing method divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of patients with perioperative nursing, control group given conventional nursing care, patients with more patients nursing effect.Results：The total effective rate was 92.50%nursing observa-tion group, control group total effective rate was 72.50%, two groups of contrast difference is significant, （X squared =10.0312, P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with thymoma with severe preoperative nursing, airway nursing can effectively reduce the patient＆#39;s symp-toms, improve quality of life, is worth promoting.
