摘　　要：To the Editor： I want to introduce to you a very unusual case today. A 24-year-old man consulted us because of a 2-year history of palpitations and shortness of breath after physical exertion. Physical examination revealed a heart rate of 80 beats/min and blood pressure of 150/70 mmHg. Heart auscultation revealed diastolic and systolic （class Ⅵ） murmurs between the 3^rd and 4^th ribs at the left sternal border.To the Editor： I want to introduce to you a very unusual case today.
