摘 要:运用三维软件SolidWorks建立转动式激光平地机转动架三维模型,通过工程分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行静态强度和模态分析,获得转动架在最大作用力下的变形量和强度载荷以及不同阶数的固有频率和振型。分析结果表明:转动架的两侧加强筋及下加强斜拉杆超过所用材料的许用应力,有可能被破坏,其他结构均可满足结构强度要求;转动架前六阶固有频率介于59.074~220.99Hz,在稳定工况下可能在第一阶固有频率59.074Hz处发生共振。经优化设计,两侧加强筋及下加强斜拉杆采用45号钢以满足结构强度要求;减少转动架竖杆高度150mm后,转动架前六阶模态频率范围调整为81.561~268.11Hz,有效避免共振的产生,为转动式激光平地机的优化提供了有效依据。The 3Dmodal was established by three-dimensional software SolidWorks,and the static strength and modal analysis was made by engineering analysis software ANSYS Workbench,from which the deformation amount and strength load of the swing frame at the maximum force and the inherent frequencies and mode shapes at different order were obtained.The ribs at both sides of the turret and its oblique rod were greater than the strength steel No.45,other parts of the structure could meet the strength requirements;The first six natural frequencies of the turret were between 59.074~220.99 Hz,and resonance may occur in stable condition at the first inherent frequencies of 59.074 Hz.After design optimization:the front six modal frequency range of the swing frame was adjusted to 75.861~220.83 Hz after reducing the swing frame vertical rod height by 150 mm,which effectively avoids the generation of resonance,and provides an effective basis for optimizing swing type laser leveler for paddy field
