摘 要:为促进玉米秸秆叶饲料化利用,本文利用平模制粒机对影响玉米秸秆叶颗粒成型性能的主要因素进行试验研究。采用四因素五水平正交旋转中心组合试验设计方法,以添加剂含量、原料含水率、主轴转速、模孔长径比为试验因素,以成型密度和吨产品能耗为评价指标,利用Design-Expert8.0.6软件建立评价指标与各影响因素之间的回归模型。结果表明各因素对成型密度影响大小顺序为:模孔长径比>添加剂含量>原料含水率>主轴转速,各因素对吨产品能耗影响大小顺序为:模孔长径比>原料含水率>主轴转速>添加剂含量;在添加剂含量为26.2%、原料含水率为21.1%、模孔长径比为2.99、主轴转速为188.3r/min工艺条件下,生产的玉米秸秆叶颗粒饲料成型密度为1.185g/cm3,吨产品能耗为49.3kW·h/t。In order to promote the corn stalks utilization on feeding,the pellet properties of corn stalk leaf were studied by using flat-die pelletizer.The central composite orthogonal experimental design methodology of four factors and five levels was employed in this experiment.The additive content,moisture content,ratio of length to diameter,and spindle speed were selected as experimental factors,and pellet density and power consumption per ton were selected as evaluation indexes.The regression model of the evaluation indexes with various influencing factors was established by design-expert 8.0.6software.The effect size on pellet density were as follows:ratio of length to diameter〉additive content〉moisture content〉spindle speed,and the effect size on power consumption per ton was:ratio of length to diameter〉moisture content〉spindle speed〉additive content.When the additive content was 26.2%,the moisture content was 21.1%,the ratio of length to diameter was 2.99 and the spindle speed was 188.3r/min,the pellet density was 1.185g/cm3 and power consumption per ton was 49.3kW·h/t.The research provides a scientific basis for pellet feeding by using corn stalk leaf.
