综合干预对精神分裂症住院依赖综合征患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合干预对精神分裂症住院依赖综合征患者康复效果的影响。方法对32例精神分裂症住院依赖综合征患者予以综合干预，观察6个月。于干预前后采用简明精神病评定量表评定康复效果，并调查患者及家属的满意度。结果干预4个月，本组患者简明精神病评定量表总分及各因子分均较干预前显著降低（P〈0．01），患者及家属满意率达100％。结论综合干预能促进精神分裂症住院依赖综合征患者的临床康复，提高患者及家属的满意度。Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive intervention on rehabilitation outcomes of schizophrenics with hospital addiction. Methods Comprehensive interventions were carried out in 32 schizophrenics with hospital addiction for 6 months. Rehabilitation outcomes were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） before and after intervention, patients＇ and families＇ satisfaction surveyed. Results After 4 month intervention patients＇ total and each factor scores of the BPRS lowered more significantly compared with pre-intervention （P〈0.01）, patients＇ and families＇ satisfaction rate were 100~. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention could promote clinical rehabilitation of schizophrenics with hospital addiction and boost patients＇ and families＇ satisfaction.
