摘  要:目的:探索在当前教育体制下如何制定适应各高校医学生自身特点的职业精神教育与医德建设方案。方法:以福建中医药大学3所附属医院的中医学专业(包括5年制和7年制)临床实习生为研究对象,通过学生自评、带教评价等方式填写医学生职业精神行为评估表格,统计分析与医学职业精神相关的7要素。结果:医学生职业精神与荣誉感与正直、尊重他人、尽职尽责、追求卓越与精益求精、领导能力等5要素高度相关,与利他主义、关怀仁爱之心善于交流2要素中度相关。结论:通过建立医学生职业精神评估体系,可以帮助学生发现职业精神方面的优点和不足,从总体上判断职业精神教育的初步效果,为学校制定合理的职业精神教育与医德建设计划提供参考和决策依据。Objective: Explore how to develop a construction scheme of occupation spirit education and medical ethics adapting to the characteristics of medical students under current education system.Method: The study assesses Interns of TCM,including 5-year and 7-year,of 3 affiliated hospitals of Fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine,fills in the occupation spirit behavior assessment form of medical students by students' self-evaluation and teaching evaluation,analyzes 7 elements of medical occupation spirit related. Result: Occupation spirit has closely relationship with 5 factors,sense of honor and integrity of medical students,respect for others,due diligence,the pursuit of excellence and refine on,leadership,and has moderate correlation with other 2 factors,altruism,caring heart good communication. Conclusion: The evaluation system of medical students' occupation spirit can help students to discover the advantages and disadvantages of occupation spirit,then judges the primary effect of occupation spirit education as a whole,to provide reference information and decision basis for universities to make reasonable occupation spirit education and medical ethics construction plan.
