培养学生创新能力的教学改革

摘　　要：传统的教学模式不利于学生自主学习能力的锻炼、不利于创新人才的培养等一系列问题,使得难以应用于:"无线网络技术"教学。针对上述问题,提出了面向学生创新能力培养的无线网络技术教学改革。该教学模式融合课堂授课、课内实验、校内实训、学生创新项目等,形成课内教学和课外实践的相互联动,进一步激发学生参与技术开发、学科竞赛等各类活动的创新热情,培养学生创新精神、实践能力和综合能力。Since the traditional teaching method is not suitable for students＇ autonomous learning ability,innovative cultivation and training deficiencies,it cannot be applied in the teaching of the wireless network technology. To solve these problems,we present a teaching method based on cultivating students＇ innovation in wireless networking technology. The teaching method includes classroom lectures,in-class experiments and practical training,students＇ innovative projects,and forms instructional and extracurricular activities of active linkage. Thus,it can cultivate students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability.
