牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的临床运用效果。方法:选取我院口腔科2012年1月-2014年1月收治的接受正畸治疗的牙周炎患者74例,先后经过牙周序列治疗及正畸治疗,分别测定首诊、经牙周序列治疗结束时、正畸治疗6个月及正畸治疗结束时PLI、BI、PD、CAL,并通过X线及口腔检查对牙齿松动及咬合功能进行检查,并比较单纯牙周治疗及联合正畸治疗的临床效果。结果:74例牙周炎治疗结束后各项指标与首诊基线比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗总有效率为98.65%。74例患者行口腔检查均提示咬合关系基本恢复正常,咬合损伤造成的个别牙齿松动明显好转咀嚼功能改善;X线显示经牙周和正畸治疗后,牙槽骨吸收停止或有所再生。结论:在控制牙周炎患者炎症情况后,予以正畸治疗可以达到良好的效果,值得临床应用。Objective To evaluate the effects of sequential periodontal treatment in orthodontic patients with periodontitis. Methods 74 periodontal patients during 2010 to 2012 in hospital who asked for orthodontic treatment were selected.The sequential periodontal treatment was initiated before orthodontic trfatment,and went on the whole course.The PLI,B1,PD,CAL were recorded before periodontal treatment one month after periodontal treatment and at the end of orthodontic treatment. Results There was statistical significance in the treatment of 74 cases of periodontitiscompared after the end of each index and the first diagnosis for baseline differences,the effective rate of P〈0.05 was 98.65% .In 74 cases of patients withoral examination showed occlusion recovered normal occlusal damage caused byindividual teeth loose significantly improved the masticatory functionimprovement;X-ray irradiation showed periodontal andorthodontic treatment,alveolarbone absorption or regeneration stop. Conclusion The sequential periodontal treatment was essential effective in controlling the periodontitis and guaranteed the success of orthodontic treatment in periodontal patients.
