PDCA循环对预防鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法对预防鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的作用。方法将2011至2014年间在院接受三维适形或调强放射治疗的274例鼻咽癌患者,随机分为常规适形调强放射治疗组(对照组)和PDCA循环适形调强放射治疗组(干预组),比较两组放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生率及损害程度。结果干预组发生口腔黏膜炎的例数明显低于对照组,口腔黏膜炎的严重程度也较对照组轻,两组差异有统计学意义(=4.16,P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法能减轻鼻咽癌放射治疗患者放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生率及损伤程度,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of plan-do-check action（ PDCA） circulation on preventing oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharynx cancer. Methods Two hundred and seventy-four nasophatyngeal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into control group and test group. Patients in control group received intensity modulated radiation therapy,and patients in test group received combined PDCA-intensity modulated radiation therapy. Compare the difference of oral mucositis＇ incidence and damaged degree between the two groups. Result The incidence and damage degree of oral mucositis was slighter in test group than that in control group,which had a statistical significance（ x^2= 4. 158,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion PDCA circulation can effectively attenuate the incidence and damage degree of oral mucositis induced by radiotherapy,improving the quality of life.
