摘 要:采用四次多项式和正弦函数拟合带钢的失稳挠度,依据最小势能原理建立了带钢板形失稳快速判别模型。以常见的双边浪和中间浪形式的残余应力为例,比较了快速判别法与降阶模型法的差异性,并采用快速判别法分析了带钢厚度、宽度对判别因子的影响。计算结果表明,在计算结果相近的情况下,快速判别法较降阶模型法计算速度更快,计算时间在0.5s以内,满足在线使用要求;板形判别因子随着带钢厚度的增加而增加,随着带钢宽度的增加而减小;在带钢厚度、宽度及残余应力幅值相等的情况下,双边浪比中间浪更容易失稳。In order to quickly and dynamically establish the accurate shape control target of cold-rolled strip,accurate and highspeed shape discrimination model is needed to be established.For the sake of speedy and steady to discriminate the stability of special residual stress,the quartic polynomial and sine function are adopted to fit the strip deflection.The shape discrimination model is developed based on the principle of minimum potential energy.Taking the residual stresses of middle and bilateral wave as an example,this model is compared with the reduced order model.The influence of the width,thickness of strip on the discriminant factor is analyzed.The results show this model has faster calculation speed.The fast discrimination model whose calculation time is under 0.5s,satisfies online application condition compared with the reduced order model;with the increase of the thickness of strip,the discriminant factor gets bigger,while with the increase of the width of strip,the discriminate factor gets smaller.The bilateral wave is easier to form than the middle wave,when the strip has the same width,thickness and absolute binomial coefficient of residual stress.
