摘　　要：采用三层实木复合地板的生产原理,以优质材锯切单板为表板,低质材旋切单板为背板,边角料加工成的指接材与人造板组合成特殊芯板,与表板及背板组坯,再通过热压进行胶合制造新型框架结构三层复合地板。经过实验,确定最佳工艺条件。The three-layer composite wood floor is introduced in this paper. Its production principle is as same as the three- layer engineered wood floor. The high-quality sawn wood veneer is used as face veneer and the low-quality peeled veneer is used as the back veneer. The finger-jointed wood slats manufactured by the processing scraps and the wood based panel form the special core layer with framed structure. Then the mat is hot pressed to the new type three-layer composite wood floor.
