摘  要:在木材窄带式磨削加工装置粗砂(砂带目数50目)和精砂(砂带目数100目)两种磨削条件下,采用单因素试验方法研究材料种类、纹理方向、磨削正压力对磨削加工试件表面温度及粗糙度的影响,分别用轮廓算术平均值偏差(Ra)、微观不平度十点高度(Rz)对磨削试件表面粗糙度进行分析。结果表明:无论进行粗砂还是精砂,实木磨削加工试件表面温度均高于人造板,试验所选六种试材表面粗糙度整体以栎木最小;横纹理磨削木材试件表面温度、表面粗糙度均高于顺纹理磨削试件;木材与人造板试件表面温度均随磨削正压力的增大而升高;木材及MDF在粗砂条件下,试件表面粗糙度随磨削正压力的增大而增大,在精砂条件下,表面粗糙度随磨削正压力的增大而减小,刨花板及麦秸板表面粗糙度随磨削正压力的增大呈现不同的变化趋势。Using single-factor experiment, the effect of wood species, wood grain and grinding pressure on surface temperature and surface roughness in the abrasive belt grinding process was studied and analyzed with two surface roughness parameters, which were mean peak to-valley (Ra) and average roughness (Rz). Results show that species have a significant effect on abrasive belt grinding quality. The surface temperature on solid wood are higher than that of wood- based board and the surface roughness of Quercusis the smallest in the selected species; when grinding vertical to wood grain, the surface temperature and surface roughness are higer than that of parallels; the surface temperatureof solid wood and wood-based board are increased with increasing grinding pressure; the surface roughness of solid wood and MDF are increased with increasing grinding pressure when the abrasive belt is 50 mesh and that is decreased at 100 mesh, the surface roughness of particleboard and wheat-straw board present basically irregular changes.
