中药熏洗剂促进Mile’s术后会阴部切口愈合的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析中药熏洗剂促进Mile’s术后会阴部切口愈合的疗效。方法:选取2012年3月-2014年3月笔者所在医院肿瘤外科收治的Mile’s术后会阴部切口不予缝合的患者88例,其中应用自制中药熏洗剂熏洗会阴部切口44例(A组),同期应用温开水清洗会阴部切口44例(B组),观察两组患者手术切口愈合情况。结果:A组愈合天数(46.0±3.5)d,B组愈合天数(65.0±4.5)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制中药熏洗剂可明显促进Mile’s术后会阴部切口的愈合,缩短手术切口的愈合时间,无明显毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine homemade smoked lotion to promote healing effect alter Mile＇s permeal wound. Method： 88 eases which was admitted in our hospital oneology surgical from March 2012 to March 2014 after surgery of Mile＇s perineal incision but not to suture were selected, there were the application of traditional Chinese medicine smoked homemade lotion washing perineal incision 44 cases（group A）, and apply warm water to wash the same period perineal incision 44 cases（group B）, the wound healing in the two groups was observed.Result： The time of wound healing in group A was （46.0 ± 3.5）days, the group B was （65.0 ± 4.5）days, the difference was statistically significant in two groups（P〈0.05）.Condusion： Homemade smoked lotion medicine could promote Mile＇s postoperative perineal wound healing and shorten the surgical incision healing time, it is no significant side effects and worthy of clinical application.
