循证护理在神经内科脑卒中偏瘫患者压疮预防中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：且的：探讨分析使用循证护理方法对神经内科脑卒中偏瘫患者进行压疮预防的作用。方法：选取2013年6月-2015年3月在笔者就职医院神内科进行住院治疗的130例脑卒中偏瘫患者，随机将其分为对照组和研究组，对照组仅实施神经内科常规护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上按照循证护理的方法制定详尽的护理计划进行护理。结果：对照组中有10例患者发生压疮，实施循证护理的研究组所有脑卒中偏瘫患者均未出现压疮。结论：循证护理对预防压疮的发生具有十分积极的作用，能有效减少脑卒中偏瘫患者压疮的发生率，减少患者的身心负担，提高患者生活质量，值得在临床护理中大范力推广。Objective： To explore the nursing measures of using the method of evidence - based nursing in prevention of pressure ulcers of patients with neurological department of internal medicine effect, thereby reducing the incidence of pressure sores, ease the pain of patients, help them to recover as soon as possible, improve the quality of life. Methods ： in 2013 June -2015 year in March for the first comprehensive assessment of 130 cases of critically ill patients in our hospital, according to the methods of evidence -based nursing care plan and detailed plan, and according to plan. Results： by implementing evidence -based nursing science, 130 cases of patients with severe neurological department of internal medicine were not the occurrence of pressure ulcers. ConclusiOn： through an effective role in the prevention of pressure sores nursing in nursing service, to provide more comprehensive and scientific for the patients, improve the overall level of nursing staff, along with the rapid development of modem medicine, promote evidence -based nursing can be widespread in clinical nursing.
