摘　　要：本文探讨《黄帝内经》中“月事”之名与生理基础，并对“不月”之病的名义、病因病机进行辨析，提示相应的调治方法，旨在发挥指导临床的实用价值。This article discuss the name and physiology foundation of menorrhea in inner canon of Huangdi, and differentiate and analyse the meanings, the cause of disease and the mechanism of disease. And corresponding treatment methods are showed in this article, to guide the clinical practice.
