摘　　要：目的：探究CT与超声心动图诊断、评估心血管疾病的价值，以便为临床提供指导。方法：选取2012年5月至2013年5月我院收治的60例疑似冠心病患者，对其分别进行CT检查和超声心动图检查，对检查价值进行分析。结果：两种检查方法测得的各项心功能指标（舒张末期容积EDV、收缩末期容积ESV、左心室每搏输出量SV以及左心室射血分数EF）之间无显著差异，P〉0.05，无统计学意义。且两种检查方法测定的心功能指标之间具有较好的相关性。结论：CT和超声心动图对心血管疾病评估均具有重要的临床应用价值，能够为疾病的控制、治疗以及预后提供重要的指导，值得在临床上推广。Objective： to explore CT and the value of eehocardiogram diagnosis, assessment of cardiovascular disease, in order to provide guidance for clinical. Methods ： in May 2012 to May 2013, our hospital of 60 patients with suspected coronary artery disease, the CT examination and echocardiography respectively, analyze the check value. Results： two Methods of inspection of the cardiac function indexes （ end - diastolic olume EDV, ESV, left ventricular end systolic volume per cardiac output SV and left ventricular ejection fraction （EF） there was no significant difference between, P 〉 0. 05, no statistical significance. Two inspection Methods and has a good correlation between cardiac function indexes of determination. Conclusion ： CT and echocardiographic assessment of cardiovascular disease have important clinical application value, to the control, treatment and prognosis of diseases pro- vides important guidance, is worth popularizing in clinic.
