摘  要:目的:对伴与不伴自杀行为首发青年抑郁症患者的临床症状及认知功能差异进行对比分析。方法:随机选取我院2013年1月至2014年12月间收治的伴有自杀行为的首发青年抑郁症患者60侧,将其作为本次研究中的观察组,并选取同期在我院开展治疗的不伴有自杀行为的抑郁症患者60例,将其作为本次研究中的对照组,对两组患者的临床症状及认知功能进行对比分析。结果:对照组患者的抑郁因子评分为(2.51--0.76)分,观察组患者的抑郁因子评分为(2.9±1.0)分,二者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);同时两组患者的持续错误数、总测验数、智商数、短时记忆、长时记忆等指标具有明显的差异,并且差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:伴自杀行为的首发青年抑郁症患者的临床症状及认知功能具有一定的特异性,这对于伴自杀行为首发青年抑郁症患者的研究具有一定的参考价值。Objective: to analyze the clinical symptoms and cognitive function of young people with depression in the first episode of the non partner suicide behavior. Method : randomly selected from our hospital January 2014 December 2013 were associated with suicidal behavior starting in young patients with major depression in 60 cases, the as observation group in this study, and select over the same period in 60 patients in our hospital treatment is not associated with suicidal behavior in patients with depression, the as control group in this study, clinical symptoms and cognitive function of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: control group of patients with depression factor score (2. 51 ~ 0. 76), observation group of patients with depression factor score was (2.9 ~ 1.0) points, the difference between the two has statistical significance; also two groups of patients with persistent error number, the total test number, IQ, short -term memory, long memory index has obvious difference, and the difference has statistical significance. Conclusions: Pa- tlents with suicidal behavior starting in young patients with major depression clinical symptoms and cognitive function has certain specificity and the with suicidal behavior starting in young patients with major depression research has certain reference value.
