摘　　要：目的：探究采用六西格玛管理法提升手术室护士工作质量的效果。方法：采用六西格玛管理法对护士进行管理。结果：其手术患者、手术医生以及麻醉医生对护士的工作满意度有所上升（P〈0．05）。结论：对手术室护士采用六西格玛进行管理，能够有效的提升其工作质量。Objective： To explore the improvement of work quality of nurses in the operation room the Six Sigma management effect. Method ： the management of nurses with the Six Sigma management method. Results： patient management, operation doctor and anesthesia doctors to nurses work satisfaction increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： the nurses in the operation room by six sigma management, can effectively improve the quality of their work.
