新工业革命背景下工程人才素质特征探析

摘　　要：以新能源革命、制造业智能化革命、生物技术革命为代表的新工业革命正在推动新一轮的社会变革,新工业革命具有制造模式定制化、行业结合信息化、制造技术数字化、生产制造无国界化的特点。新工业革命引起的生产行业变革对工程人才素质提出了新要求。为适应新工业革命的发展,工程人才应在资源总量大、素质能力弱的特征现状基础上从生态同理心、知识交叉融合、技能创新和全球化视野等四方面加以提升。Based on the new energy revolution,intelligent revolution of manufacturing and biotechnology revolution,the new industrial revolution is pushing a new round of social reform.With the characteristics of customized and borderless manufacturing,information of industries combination,and digitalization of manufacturing technology,the new industrial revolution has caused manufacturing change.This development raises new requirements of quality for engineering talents.This paper holds the opinion that engineering talents now has a high quantity but low quality.It comes to the conclusion that to adapt to the new development of the new industrial revolution,the current situation of engineering talents should be improved from the aspects of ecological empathy,cross-synthesis and integration of knowledge,technique innovation and the views of globalization.
