摘 要:当前,大学生在严峻的就业形势下易产生就业挫折。就业挫折对大学生的心理和行为存在消极影响,因此,开展就业挫折教育十分必要。但高校对挫折教育重视不够,且在课程设置、教育内容、教育方法等方面仍存在问题。对此,高校应重视开展大学生就业挫折教育,在课程体系中渗透挫折教育;增强教育内容的系统性、针对性,丰富教育方法途径;完善教育体系,建立强有力的支撑系统,以提高就业挫折教育的实效性。Nowadays, graduates easily tend to feel employment frustration under the serious employment circumstances. The frustration causes negative effects on graduates' mentality and behaviors, hence it is of high necessity to carry out education regarding employment frustration. However, universities underestimate the importance of this education and they still need to improve their course setting, teaching contents and methods, etc. Therefore, universities should do the following: highlight its importance throughout their curriculum system; strengthen the systematic and targeted educational contents while enriching diverse teaching methods; improve education system while establishing strong teaching support so as to improve the effectiveness of such education.
