摘　　要：根据全国第四次中药资源普查(试点)工作技术要求,基于江苏省中药资源分布区域的实际现状,从调查背景地域的生态变化情况、区域中药资源的分布特点、县域普查方案的调整制定以及普查技术规范的补充完善等方面进行了分析和总结,探索性地提出了适宜于我国东部沿海地区水生、耐盐特色中药资源调查方法技术,为我国第四次中药资源普查工作的顺利开展、以及为进一步修订完善相关技术规范提供参考和借鉴。According to the technology requirements of the fourth national survey of Chinese materia medica （CMM） resources（pilot）, the regional ecological change, distribution of CMM resources, adjustment of the investigation plan of county, and the supplement and improvement of the survey technical specification are analyzed and summarized on the basis of the actual distribution status of CMM resources in Jiangsu Province. Based on the results, an investigation approach for aquatic and salt tolerant characteristic CMM resources in the eastern coastal areas of China is proposed. It would be helpful to facilitate the fourth national survey of CMM resources and provide the reference for the revision and improvement of the relevant technical specification.
