摘  要:目的:研究白花前胡果实挥发油在干燥前后化学成分的变化。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白花前胡新鲜和干燥果实的挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定挥发油化学组分。结果:白花前胡果实干燥前后,其挥发油的主要成分都为石竹烯类和1R-α-蒎烯。石竹烯类成分在干燥前后含量变化不大,1R-α-蒎烯在干燥后,含量降低,可见其干燥过程中有所损失。其他成分差异明显。结论:白花前胡果实可以趁鲜提油。白花前胡果实中石竹烯类含量超过了挥发油总量的55%,可考虑采收种子综合利用。Objective: To study the volatile components change of the fruit of Peucedanum praeruptorum before and after drying. Methods : The essential oil of the fruit of P. praeruptorum was extracted by steam distillation. Components of the essential oils were analyzed by GC-MS. Results : Before and after drying, the main components of the volatile oil of the fruit of P. praeruptorum were caryophyllene and 1R-alpha-pinene. Little change in the class composition of caryophyllene content before and after drying, 1 R-alpha-pinene reduce somewhat after drying. There was great difference in other components. Conclusion: The essential oil of P. praeruptorum fruit shoul be extract freshly. The eontent of the class composition of caryophyllene exceeds 55% of the total volatile oil, so the fruit could be harvested and utilized.
