血清EB病毒Rta-IgG在鼻咽癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的：研究血清EB病毒的蛋白抗体（Rta-IgG）在鼻咽癌诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取我院肿瘤科2012年10月至2014年7月期间收治的鼻咽癌（未经过治疗）患者80例，另随机选择同期到我院进行体检的健康人群80例、肝癌及胃癌患者各20例，采用ELISA法检测上述人群样本中EB病毒Rta-IgG含量。比较Rta-IgG在不同人群的阳性率，分析其在鼻咽癌血清学诊断中的敏感度和特异性及其与鼻咽癌临床分期间的关系。结果：鼻咽癌患者血清EB病毒Rta-IgG显阳性率高于肝癌及胃癌患者及健康人群，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）。Rta-IgG检测敏感度为88.75%，特异度为96.67%，正确率为93.50%。鼻咽癌患者血清Rta-IgG的阳性率与临床分期关系不明显。结论：血清EB病毒Rta-IgG检测可用于鼻咽癌的临床诊断。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of Epstein-Barr virus （ EBV） Rta- IgG in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods： We selected 80 cases of patients with NPC during October 2014 to July 2012, while selecting80 cases of healthy people , 20 cases of patients with liver cancer and 20 cases of patients with stomach cancer. Sera from above people measured for the Rta-IgG by an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Compare the Rta - IgG positive rate in different populations, analyzes its sensitivity and specificity in the serological diagnosis of NPC and its relationship with clinical stage.Results：Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients serum epstein-barr virus Rta - IgG show positive rate higher than that of liver cancer and stomach cancer patients and healthy people, statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of Rta- IgG were respectively 88.75%,96.67% and 96.67%.The positive rate of Rta - IgG had not obvious correlation with clinical stage in NPC.Conclusions：Our results show that the EBV Rta-IgG ELISA kit is suitable for the clinical diagnosis of NPC.
